לְדָ֫וִ֥ד

מִכָּל־
from all

וְהַצִּילֵֽנִי׃
and deliver me

פֶּן־
Lest
יִטְרֹ֣ף
they tear
כְּאַרְיֵ֣ה
like a lion
נַפְשִׁ֑י
me
פֹּ֝רֵ֗ק
Rending [me] in pieces
וְאֵ֣ין
and while [there is] none
מַצִּֽיל׃
to deliver

יְהוָ֣ה
Yahweh
אֱ֭לֹהַי
my God
אִם־
if
עָשִׂ֣יתִי
I have done
זֹ֑את
this
אִֽם־
if
יֶשׁ־
there is
עָ֥וֶל
iniquity
בְּכַפָּֽי׃
in my hands

אִם־
if
גָּ֭מַלְתִּי
I have repaid
שֽׁוֹלְמִ֥י
to him who was at peace with me
רָ֑ע
evil
וָאֲחַלְּצָ֖ה
Or have plundered
צוֹרְרִ֣י
my enemy
רֵיקָֽם׃
without cause

יִֽרַדֹּ֥ף
Let pursue
אוֹיֵ֨ב ׀
the enemy
נַפְשִׁ֡י
me
וְיַשֵּׂ֗ג
and overtake [me]
וְיִרְמֹ֣ס
and Yes let him trample
לָאָ֣רֶץ
to the earth
חַיָּ֑י
my life
וּכְבוֹדִ֓י ׀
and my honor
לֶעָפָ֖ר
in the dust
יַשְׁכֵּ֣ן
lay
סֶֽלָה׃

ק֘וּמָ֤ה
Arise
יְהוָ֨ה ׀
Yahweh
בְּאַפֶּ֗ךָ
in Your anger
הִ֭נָּשֵׂא
Lift Yourself up
בְּעַבְר֣וֹת
because of the rage
צוֹרְרָ֑י
of my enemies
וְע֥וּרָה
and Rise up
אֵ֝לַ֗י
for me
מִשְׁפָּ֥ט
[to] the judgment
צִוִּֽיתָ׃
You have commanded

וַעֲדַ֣ת
So the congregation
לְ֭אֻמִּים
of the peoples
תְּסוֹבְבֶ֑ךָּ
shall surround You
וְ֝עָלֶ֗יהָ
therefore for their sakes
לַמָּר֥וֹם
on high
שֽׁוּבָה׃
return

יְהוָה֮
Yahweh
יָדִ֪ין
shall judge
עַ֫מִּ֥ים
the peoples
שָׁפְטֵ֥נִי
Judge me
יְהוָ֑ה
Yahweh
כְּצִדְקִ֖י
according to my righteousness
וּכְתֻמִּ֣י
and according to my integrity
עָלָֽי׃
within me

יִגְמָר־
Let come to an end
נָ֬א
Oh
רַ֨ע ׀
the wickedness
רְשָׁעִים֮
of the wicked
וּתְכוֹנֵ֪ן
but establish
צַ֫דִּ֥יק
the just
וּבֹחֵ֣ן
for tests
לִ֭בּ֗וֹת
the hearts
וּכְלָי֗וֹת
and minds
אֱלֹהִ֥ים
the God
צַדִּֽיק׃
righteous

מָֽגִנִּ֥י
My defense [is]
עַל־
of
אֱלֹהִ֑ים
God
מ֝וֹשִׁ֗יעַ
who saves
יִשְׁרֵי־
the upright
לֵֽב׃
in heart
11
אֱ֭לֹהִים
God [is]
שׁוֹפֵ֣ט
a judge
צַדִּ֑יק
just
וְ֝אֵ֗ל
and God
זֹעֵ֥ם
is angry [with the wicked]
בְּכָל־
every
יֽוֹם׃
day
12
אִם־
If
לֹ֣א
not
יָ֭שׁוּב
he does turn back
חַרְבּ֣וֹ
His sword
יִלְט֑וֹשׁ
He will sharpen
קַשְׁתּ֥וֹ
His bow
דָ֝רַ֗ךְ
He bends
וַֽיְכוֹנְנֶֽהָ׃
and makes it ready

וְ֭לוֹ
And for Himself
הֵכִ֣ין
He prepares
כְּלֵי־
instruments
מָ֑וֶת
of death
חִ֝צָּ֗יו
His arrows
לְֽדֹלְקִ֥ים
into fiery shafts
יִפְעָֽל׃
He makes

הִנֵּ֥ה
Behold
יְחַבֶּל־
[the wicked] brings forth
אָ֑וֶן
iniquity
וְהָרָ֥ה
and Yes he conceives
עָ֝מָ֗ל
trouble
וְיָ֣לַד
and brings forth
שָֽׁקֶר׃
falsehood

בּ֣וֹר
A pit
כָּ֭רָֽה
He made
וַֽיַּחְפְּרֵ֑הוּ
and dug it out
וַ֝יִּפֹּ֗ל
and has fallen
בְּשַׁ֣חַת
into the ditch
יִפְעָֽל׃
[which] he made

יָשׁ֣וּב
Shall return
עֲמָל֣וֹ
His trouble
בְרֹאשׁ֑וֹ
upon his own head
וְעַ֥ל
and on
קָ֝דְקֳד֗וֹ
his own crown
חֲמָס֥וֹ
his violent dealing
יֵרֵֽד׃
shall come down
17
אוֹדֶ֣ה
I will praise
יְהוָ֣ה
Yahweh
כְּצִדְק֑וֹ
according to His righteousness
וַ֝אֲזַמְּרָ֗ה
and will sing praise
שֵֽׁם־
to the name
יְהוָ֥ה
of Yahweh
עֶלְיֽוֹן׃
Most High
