לַמְנַצֵּ֗חַ

תֹּאמְר֣וּ

לְנַפְשִׁ֑י
to my soul

הַרְכֶ֥ם
to your mountain
צִפּֽוֹר׃

כִּ֤י
for
הִנֵּ֪ה
look
הָרְשָׁעִ֡ים
the wicked
יִדְרְכ֬וּן
bend
קֶ֗שֶׁת
[their] bow
כּוֹנְנ֣וּ
they make ready
חִצָּ֣ם
their arrow
עַל־
on
יֶ֑תֶר
the string
לִיר֥וֹת
that they may shoot
בְּמוֹ־
in
אֹ֝֗פֶל
the darkness
לְיִשְׁרֵי־
at the upright
לֵֽב׃
in heart

כִּ֣י
If
הַ֭שָּׁתוֹת
the foundations
יֵֽהָרֵס֑וּן
are destroyed
צַ֝דִּ֗יק
the righteous
מַה־
what
פָּעָֽל׃
can do

יְהוָ֤ה ׀
Yahweh [is]
בְּֽהֵ֘יכַ֤ל
in temple
קָדְשׁ֗וֹ
His holy
יְהוָה֮
of Yahweh
בַּשָּׁמַ֪יִם
in heaven
כִּ֫סְא֥וֹ
throne [is]
עֵינָ֥יו
His eyes
יֶחֱז֑וּ
behold
עַפְעַפָּ֥יו
His eyelids
יִ֝בְחֲנ֗וּ
test
בְּנֵ֣י
the sons
אָדָֽם׃
of men

יְהוָה֮
Yahweh
צַדִּ֪יק
the righteous
יִ֫בְחָ֥ן
tests
וְ֭רָשָׁע
but the wicked
וְאֹהֵ֣ב
and the one who loves
חָמָ֑ס
violence
שָֽׂנְאָ֥ה
hates
נַפְשֽׁוֹ׃
His soul

יַמְטֵ֥ר
He will rain
עַל־
Upon
רְשָׁעִ֗ים
the wicked
פַּ֫חִ֥ים
coals
אֵ֣שׁ
Fire
וְ֭גָפְרִית
and brimstone
וְר֥וּחַ
and a wind
זִלְעָפ֗וֹת
burning
מְנָ֣ת
[Shall be] the portion
כּוֹסָֽם׃
of their cup

כִּֽי־

צַדִּ֣יק
righteous
יְ֭הוָה
Yahweh [is]
צְדָק֣וֹת
righteousness
אָהֵ֑ב
He loves
יָ֝שָׁ֗ר
the upright
יֶחֱז֥וּ
beholds
פָנֵֽימוֹ׃
His countenance
