לַמְנַצֵּ֬חַ ׀
To the Chief Musician
לְעֶֽבֶד־
a Psalm of the servant
יְהוָ֬ה
of Yahweh
לְדָוִֽד׃
David
נְאֻֽם־
An oracle concerning
פֶּ֣שַׁע
the transgression
לָ֭רָשָׁע
of the wicked
בְּקֶ֣רֶב
within
לִבִּ֑י
my heart
אֵֽין־
[There is] no
פַּ֥חַד
fear
אֱ֝לֹהִ֗ים
of God
לְנֶ֣גֶד
before
עֵינָֽיו׃
his eyes

כִּֽי־
For
הֶחֱלִ֣יק
he flatters
אֵלָ֣יו
himself
בְּעֵינָ֑יו
in his own eyes
לִמְצֹ֖א
when he finds out
עֲוֺנ֣וֹ
his iniquity
לִשְׂנֹֽא׃
[and] when he hates

דִּבְרֵי־
The words
פִ֭יו
of his mouth
אָ֣וֶן
[are] wickedness
וּמִרְמָ֑ה
and deceit
חָדַ֖ל
He has ceased
לְהַשְׂכִּ֣יל
to be wise
לְהֵיטִֽיב׃
[and] to do good

אָ֤וֶן ׀
Wickedness
יַחְשֹׁ֗ב
He devises
עַֽל־
on
מִשְׁכָּ֫ב֥וֹ
his bed
יִ֭תְיַצֵּב
He sets himself
עַל־
in
דֶּ֣רֶךְ
a way
לֹא־
[that is] not
ט֑וֹב
good
רָ֝֗ע
evil
לֹ֣א
not
יִמְאָֽס׃
He does abhor

יְ֭הוָה
Yahweh
בְּהַשָּׁמַ֣יִם
in the heavens
חַסְדֶּ֑ךָ
Your mercy [is]
אֱ֝מֽוּנָתְךָ֗
Your faithfulness [reaches]
עַד־
to
שְׁחָקִֽים׃
the clouds

צִדְקָֽתְךָ֨ ׀
Your righteousness [is]
כְּֽהַרְרֵי־
like the mountains
אֵ֗ל
great
מִ֭שְׁפָּטֶךָ
Your judgments [are]
תְּה֣וֹם
a deep
רַבָּ֑ה
Great
אָ֤דָֽם־
man
וּבְהֵמָ֖ה
and beast
תוֹשִׁ֣יעַ
You preserve
יְהוָֽה׃
Yahweh

מַה־
how
יָּקָ֥ר
precious
חַסְדְּךָ֗
[is] Your lovingkindness
אֱלֹ֫הִ֥ים
God
וּבְנֵ֥י
therefore the sons
אָדָ֑ם
of men
בְּצֵ֥ל
under the shadow
כְּ֝נָפֶ֗יךָ
of Your wings
יֶחֱסָיֽוּן׃
put their trust

יִ֭רְוְיֻן
They are abundantly satisfied
מִדֶּ֣שֶׁן
with the fullness
בֵּיתֶ֑ךָ
of Your house
וְנַ֖חַל
and the river
עֲדָנֶ֣יךָ
of Your pleasures
תַשְׁקֵֽם׃
You give them drink from

כִּֽי־
For
עִ֭מְּךָ
with You
מְק֣וֹר
[is] the fountain
חַיִּ֑ים
of life
בְּ֝אוֹרְךָ֗
in Your light
נִרְאֶה־
we see
אֽוֹר׃
light
10
מְשֹׁ֣ךְ
Oh continue
חַ֭סְדְּךָ
Your lovingkindness
לְיֹדְעֶ֑יךָ
to those who know You
וְ֝צִדְקָֽתְךָ֗
and Your righteousness
לְיִשְׁרֵי־
to the upright in
לֵֽב׃
heart

אַל־
Not
תְּ֭בוֹאֵנִי
let come against me
רֶ֣גֶל
the foot
גַּאֲוָ֑ה
of pride
וְיַד־
and the hand
רְ֝שָׁעִ֗ים
of the wicked
אַל־
not
תְּנִדֵֽנִי׃
let drive me away

שָׁ֣ם
There
נָ֭פְלוּ
have fallen
פֹּ֣עֲלֵי
the workers
אָ֑וֶן
of iniquity
דֹּ֝ח֗וּ
they have been cast down
וְלֹא־
and not
יָ֥כְלוּ
are able
קֽוּם׃
to rise
